We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion.

Content Guidelines

When posting content on the Service, including comments, Ringside posts, and other user-generated content, you:

• Retain ownership of your original content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service
• Are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Acknowledge that we may remove content that violates these Terms or is reported by other users

Predictions

The match prediction feature is provided for entertainment purposes only. Predictions and associated points, leaderboards, and rankings are part of a gamification system and do not constitute gambling or wagering of any kind. No real money or prizes are awarded based on prediction accuracy.

Intellectual Property

Pro Wrestling News Hub aggregates news from publicly available sources and provides AI-generated summaries for informational purposes. All trademarks, logos, and brand names (including but not limited to WWE, AEW, and TNA) are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional wrestling promotion.

The Service's design, features, and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Premium Membership & Payments

Premium memberships are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to:

• Stripe's Terms of Service and payment processing terms
• Recurring billing at the selected interval until you cancel
• Cancellation of your subscription at any time through your account settings

We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. When you delete your account:

• Your personal information will be anonymized
• Your posts and comments will be marked as deleted
• Any active premium subscription will be cancelled
• This action is permanent and cannot be undone

We may retain certain anonymized data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with and may link to third-party services including:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Ticketmaster for event information
• Google Analytics for usage analytics
• Azure services for hosting and AI features

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination
