Jon Moxley vs. Big Cass Announced For Indie Event

It was recently announced by Northeast Wrestling that AEW Star and the current IWGP United States Champion Jon Moxley will be facing Caz XL (Big Cass) in the main event of their Wrestling Under The Stars Event on Saturday, August 17th from Dodd Stadium in Norwich, CT. nZo (Enzo Amore) will reportedly be in Caz XL’s corner for the match.

The same event will also see Moxley’s wife, Renee Young, participate in an autograph signing session. Renee Young will also be present in the other Northeast Wrestling Events Jon Moxley will be on.

Northeast Wrestling’s Wrestling Under The Stars Event will also feature stars such as former WWE Superstar Dustin Rhodes, Rhyno, WWE Hall Of Famers Teddy Long and Jerry Lawler, WWE Japanese Announce Team Funaki and Shun Yamaguchi, plus many more.

As previously reported, Jon Moxley will be taking on Pentagon Jr. in a one-on-one match at Northeast Wrestling’s Prison Break Event the night before which is on Friday, August 16th from the Mid-Hudson Civic Center in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Moxley is also set to appear at Northeast Wrestling’s other Wrestling Under The Stars Event on Sunday, August 18th from PNC Field in Scranton, PA. His opponent for the event on August 18th will reportedly be announced soon.

The match between Jon Moxley and Caz XL (Big Cass) was reportedly made and finalized back in mid-June when nZo (Enzo Amore) and Caz XL (Big Cass) issued an open challenge at a Northeast Wrestling Event in Jackson, NJ.
