News On The WWE’s 2022 NXT Halloween Havoc Special

PWInsider.com reports that the 2022 WWE NXT Halloween Havoc special, which will be the company’s next NXT special following this Sunday’s Worlds Collide, is set to be a Premium Live Event as well, unlike the 2020 and 2021 Halloween Havoc specials as they were only a special edition of the weekly TV show. It was also mentioned on the report that the 2022 NXT Halloween Havoc special is set to take place on Saturday, October 22 from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida and is set to air on Peacock in the U.S. and the WWE Network everywhere else.

In 2020, WWE brought back the Halloween Havoc name for a special episode of WWE NXT and that show was headlined by then-WWE NXT Women’s Champion IYO SKY (Io Shirai) retaining her title over Candice LeRae in a Tables, Ladders & Scares match. The 2021 NXT Halloween Havoc Event was also a special episode of WWE NXT and that show was headlined by Bron Breakker defeating Ciampa to become the WWE NXT Champion. It is believed that the WWE will be announcing their Halloween Havoc special in the next few weeks.
