Reason Seth Rollins And Becky Lynch Missed WWE Event In Ohio

WWE kicked off their post-Christmas Holiday Tour Live Event this past Monday night with two big shows from Madison Square Garden in New York City and the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. Top WWE Stars and real-life couple Seth “Freakin” Rollins and “The Man” Becky Lynch” was originally scheduled to be part of the Holiday Tour Live Event in Columbus, Ohio, but were not able to make the show due to some travel issues, which was described as a “total nightmare” and “beyond frustrating.”

Seth “Freakin” Rollins took to his Twitter account and revealed that the bus he and his wife traveled in broke down on the side of the road and they had no other recourse to get to the show. Seth Rollins was scheduled to take on WWE United States Champion Austin Theory in a Steel Cage Match in the show’s main event, but was replaced by Johnny Gargano, who ended up pulling double duty, and the match would become a Triple Threat Steel Cage Match between Austin Theory, Johnny Gargano and Damian Priest.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, they were told the bus was actually in Iowa this past weekend prior to the Holiday Tour and it would have taken Rollins and Lynch 9-10 hours from Iowa to Ohio, not factoring in the harsh weather conditions.
