Rumor Killer On Ronda Rousey’s Possible UFC Return

It was previously reported that Ronda Rousey has a hard-out date on her current WWE contract and that is the reason why the company sped up her storyline with “The Queen Of Spades” Shayna Baszler as “The Baddest Woman On The Planet” Ronda Rousey is expected to finish things up with the WWE after her feud with Baszler. There have been speculations over the past 24 hours that Ronda may be considering a UFC return as she could be looking to wrap up her current run with WWE for the time being and UFC fighter Chelsea Chandler told MMA Junkie a little while back that she heard Ronda was returning to the UFC as a featherweight.

Ariel Helwani of MMA Fighting took to his Twitter and revealed that there is no truth behind Rousey’s rumored return to the UFC and that Rousey is not considering a comeback to the promotion. Rousey last competed in the UFC in December of 2016 when she suffered a 48-second TKO loss to Amanda Nunes at UFC 207. Prior to that, Rousey dropped the UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship to Holly Holm at UFC 193 in November of 2015 via a viscous head kick.
