WWE Is Bringing In Several Unadvertised Talents For SummerSlam Week

WWE’s next Premium Live Event known as SummerSlam is set to take place this Saturday, August 5 inside Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan, with the show set to air on Peacock in the United States and the WWE Network everywhere else. This coming Saturday’s WWE SummerSlam Premium Live Event will feature 4 main event matchups, including Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns defending his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Jey Uso in a Tribal Combat Match and Brock Lesnar facing “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes in Singles action.

Other matches confirmed for this coming Saturday’s WWE SummerSlam Event include WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins defending his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor, Logan Paul facing Ricochet in Singles action and Ronda Rousey facing Shayna Baszler in an MMA Rules Match.

Despite majority or the entire card for this coming Saturday’s WWE SummerSlam already announced, that doesn’t mean WWE will stop there or will not bring in additional talents not advertised for the show. According to Fightful Select, talents such as Liv Morgan, Maxxine Dupri, Zoey Stark, Baron Corbin and Titus O’Neil, who are not currently advertised for SummerSlam, are all set to be in Detroit, Michigan for SummerSlam week.

The report also reveals that the reason for these talents to be in Detroit, Michigan this Saturday is they need to make appearances for Be A Star rallies and Jimmy V Foundation events and Corbin, who has been competing on NXT for a number of weeks now, could be added to the SummerSlam Battle Royal.
