Adam Cole And MJF Would Wrestle At AEW WrestleDream

AEW WrestleDream happens on October 1, celebrating the life and legacy of Antonio Inoki. The event was announced by AEW President Tony Khan during the All In Media Scrum in 2023. Khan called Inoki one of the greatest dreamers of wrestling.

According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Radio, the current plan includes a match between MJF and Adam Cole against The Righteous at AEW WrestleWream.

Meltzer called it ‘bad news’ as two of the best had to face two new names in the business.Bryan Alvarez commented that things may change and MJF may have to wrestle lone at the show as Adam Cole suffered an ankle injury while trying to cheer up his fellow tag team member during the main event of AEW Dynamite: GrandSlam.

There are no details if Cole has been cleared for in-ring action and only time will tell if we will have a tag team match or if it will be a handicap match involving MJF.

Irrespective of what happens, one thing is clear and that’s the fact that AEW would want to put on a show that is exceptional and gives the fans some memories to carry on after the show is over.
