AEW CEO Tony Khan Announces Laredo Kid’s Debut On Dynamite

All Elite Wrestling President and CEO Tony Khan recently took to his Twitter and announced that a big Trios Match is set to take place this coming Wednesday night on Dynamite between Lucha Bros (Penta El Zero M and Rey Fenix) and AAA Star Laredo Kid vs. Brandon Cutler and AEW World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson).

Tony Khan also said with PAC recovering from his injury, which he sustained at Revolution, Death Triangle has brought in Laredo Kid, who is their original AEW Trios partner, as PAC has yet to be cleared for in-ring competition.

This huge Trios Match is reportedly a set up as well as a teaser for things to come between The Young Bucks and Death Triangle in their upcoming AEW Tag Team Championship Match. Laredo Kid, who is an 18-year veteran in the pro wrestling business, is most popularly known for his amazing match against AEW World Champion Kenny Omega at AAA’s TripleMania XXVIII Event back in December 2020. Kid has also made appearances for IMPACT Wrestling and MLW in recent months.

Laredo Kid’s match on Dynamite this Wednesday night will reportedly be his AEW Dynamite debut and his first match in AEW since 2019. Kid previously appeared at AEW Fyter Fest 2019, when he teamed up with the Lucha Brothers, but came out on a losing end to The Elite.
