AEW Changes Rampage And Battle Of The Belts IV Schedule

All Elite Wrestling has made a change to the scheduling of their October 7 episode of AEW Rampage and their Battle Of The Belts IV special. The October 7 episode of AEW Rampage was originally set to take place at 9PM ET followed by the Battle Of The Belts IV special at 10PM ET, but that would have placed AEW Rampage head-to-head with the second hour of WWE SmackDown. AEW Rampage typically airs at 10PM ET on a Friday night, while AEW’s Battle Of The Belts special usually is taped following AEW Rampage and airs on Saturday nights at 8PM ET.

Changes have been announced to the programming schedule and TNT now has AEW Rampage listed at 10PM ET followed by the Battle Of The Belts IV special at 11PM ET on Friday, October 7th at the Entertainment & Sports Arena in Washington, D.C., but the local start time for the show is at 8PM ET, though if the AEW Battle Of The Belts IV special aired on Saturday, October 8, then it would have gone head-to-head with the WWE’s Extreme Rules Event on Peacock.

There’s no word yet on which matches will be taking place on either show, but the company will likely be stacking up the October 7th episode of AEW Rampage as a strong lead-in for the Battle Of The Belts IV special.
