AEW Dynamite In Newark, NJ Pushed Back To February 2021

We are finally seeing signals of a return to live AEW shows with fans in attendance. At least the planning around AEW live shows with fans in the stands.

An email went out to ticket holders last week stating that Dynamite will debut at the Prudential Center on Wednesday, February 24th, 2021. The show was supposed to take place this year on March 25th.

The show was to be headlined by their first Blood & Guts match between The Elite and the Inner Circle. That concept and show were canceled due to the pandemic. As was a host of other planned AEW live events.

At the time the first New York/New Jersey show was shaping up to be one of their most successful events revenue-wise to date. It had sold 10,000 tickets in less than a week. Tony Khan mentioned the show doing well on a recent episode of AEW Unrestricted.

AEW still has live events on their calendar starting on July 29th in Philadelphia. With a bunch more dates in October. I would be surprised to see AEW have any live events with fans outside of Florida this Summer.
