AEW Dynamite To Face Family Guy Next Year Head-To-Head

All Elite Wrestling is looking forward to next year as they have a new TV deal to secure and they are also in the midsts of locking in the company’s talents whose deals will expire and signing WWE talent that will become free agents. Since their inception back in 2019, AEW has had a meteoric rise and the company has received global recognition like no other new promotion has in quite some time, with just being in the industry for over 4 years.

Things have changed though for AEW over the past number of months as their TV ratings, attendance and other business metrics are down, with the exception of their flagship show Dynamite as the program is still pulling in strong numbers on TBS, but that could change as well next year.

A huge announcement was recently made that Family Guy will air on a different night other than Sunday for the first time in more than two decades as FOX revealed their midseason schedule, showing they’ll air the hit cartoon series each and every Wednesday nights starting in March.

This means that Family Guy will give AEW Dynamite strong competition in the ratings as the show draws huge ratings for FOX. The only good news for AEW is that Family Guy won’t air for the entire two-hour period that Dynamite does as the episodes of the hit cartoon series only airs for 30 minutes.
