AEW Dynamite Viewership Down For Wednesday’s All Out Go-Home Show

Last week’s AEW Dynamite episode was able to draw a total of 1.172 million viewers, while Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite was able to draw a total of 1.047 million viewers, Showbuzz Daily and Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics reports.

This total is down 10.66% from last week’s episode of Dynamite, which drew a 0.37 rating in the 18-49 key demo. Last Wednesday night’s rating of 0.37 is down 22.91% from last week’s rating of 0.48 in the key 18-49 demo. The rating of 0.37 in the 18-49 key demo represents around 486,000 total viewers that watched AEW Dynamite last Wednesday night from that demographic. This is down 21.61% from last week’s 620,000 total viewers in the 18-49 key demo.

Last Wednesday night’s 100th episode of AEW Dynamite featured CM Punk making an appearance to discuss his All Out Match against Darby Allin, Tay Conti vs. Penelope Ford, FTR vs. Santana and Ortiz, Orange Cassidy vs. Jack Evans, Brian Cage vs. Powerhouse Hobbs, Jim Ross having an in-ring interview segment with Chris Jericho, Tony Schiavone having a sit-down interview segment with MJF and the AEW World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks and the IMPACT World Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers facing Lucha Brothers and Jurassic Express in an 8-Man Tag Team Match, which was the main event.

The viewership number of last Wednesday’s All Out go-home episode of Dynamite, which drew the fourth-lowest rating in the 18-49 key demo since the promotion returned to touring and which rating was well below the 0.41 rating the show has averaged in both June and July, was up 12.8% from the same week in 2020, which, at the time, competed against the NXT brand, while the 18-49 key demo rating was up 2.8% from the same week in 2020.

Last Wednesday night’s Dynamite topped the night on the Cable Top 150 with a 0.37 rating in the 18-49 key demo, while Dynamite ranked #32 in viewership for the night on cable. This is the second week AEW Dynamite has ranked #1 on the Cable Top 150, while Dynamite’s viewership is down from last week’s #31 ranking.
