AEW commentator and Senior Advisor “Good Ole’ J.R.” Jim Ross, who signed with the company in April of 2019, took to Twitter this past October and posted a photo of his ankle, while also revealing that he had been dealing with skin cancer issues for over a year now. The WWE Hall of Famer then confirmed he has to start doing 22 radiation treatments by the end of November, but that he doesn’t plan on taking any time off from AEW, though as soon as his treatments started, he had been away from AEW TV.
The legendary “Good Ole’ J.R.” Jim Ross recently provided an update on his Twitter, where he noted he has beat cancer once again and is now cancer free. Jim Ross made his return to the commentary desk on last night’s New Year’s Smash episode of AEW Dynamite from Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida.
