AEW Star Max Caster Files To Trademark His Own Nickname

Ever since The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) arrived in AEW, they have really made a name for themselves and they have been working themselves up the proverbial ladder in the tag division and was even signed by AEW President Tony Khan after proving themselves week in and week out on AEW Dark.

This past May 10th, AEW Star Max Caster filed to trademark the term “Platinum” with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (the USPTO) under the category of entertainment services. Caster had this trademark done through Michael E. Dockins, who has helped several AEW Stars in the past to file their trademarks as well.

The term “Platinum” is the nickname Max Caster has used numerous times on AEW programming.

Below is the use description submitted to the USPTO:

“G & S: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestler, and sports entertainer in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes.”
