AEW Star Penta El Zero M Currently Suffering A Leg Injury

This past Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite was supposed a feature a huge Six-Man Tag Team Match between The Lucha Brothers (Penta El Zero M and Rey Fenix) and Lance Archer vs. Eddie Kingston, The Butcher and The Blade, but prior to the match taking place, Penta El Zero M was viscously attacked by The Butcher when Penta El Zero M got put through the timekeeper’s table and was immediately taken to the back.

Due to the brutal attack on Penta El Zero M, Lance Archer and Rey Fenix had no choice but to fight in a 3-on-2 Handicap Match. This would then result in The Butcher, The Blade, and Kingston being declared as the winners of the match. There would then be rumors and speculations on why AEW did an angle such as this and it turns out that it is related to Penta El Zero M’s injury.

According to Cassidy Haynes of Bodyslam.net, Penta El Zero M was purposely removed from the match due to him suffering a legitimate leg injury during training a few weeks ago.

There is no word yet on how long Penta El Zero M will be out for as well as the severity of Penta El Zero M’s injury, but updates will be provided once it has been made available.
