AEW Will Reportedly Tape Three Weeks Of Television This Week

One of the biggest moments in the short history of All Elite Wrestling took place this past Sunday at the Double or Nothing Event when Jungle Boy won the Casino Battle Royale to earn himself a future AEW World Title shot against AEW World Champion Kenny Omega, which is set to take place in two weeks time on Dynamite.

Dave Meltzer noted on a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio Program that AEW will tape the next three weeks of television this coming Friday and Saturday and that this will include the episode where Jungle Boy will get his AEW World Title shot against AEW World Champion Kenny Omega.

As previously reported, the episodes of Dynamite scheduled to take place in the month of June will be preempted due to the NBA Playoffs and no word has been given yet on when the other episodes will take place, but this week’s episode of Dynamite will air on Friday. The promotion taping three weeks of TV means that this will see them through the week of June 30th and the following week, AEW Dynamite will be back on the road with a live event in Miami.
