AEW’s Countdown To Revolution Special Up From Full Gear Show

AEW Revolution is set to take place this coming Sunday, March 7th from Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida. Immediately after last Wednesday’s Dynamite, an AEW Countdown to Revolution special aired on TNT from 10PM – 11PM ET.

The viewership numbers for the Countdown to Revolution special is in and the special was able to draw 347,000 viewers and ranked #51 in the top 150 shows on cable for the day and did a 0.12 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

To compare, the Countdown to Full Gear special last November was able to draw 245,000 viewers and did a 0.09 rating in the 18-49 demographic and ranked #83 in the top 150 shows on cable for the day. It’s interesting to note that the Countdown to Full Gear special last November aired on a Friday night. It should also be noted that the Countdown to All Out special last September garnered 357,000 viewers on a Saturday afternoon, which ranked #23 in the top 150 shows on cable for the day and was able to do a 0.14 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

Similar to other Countdown to specials, the Countdown to Revolution special that aired last Wednesday night was a one-hour show that featured the final hype for this Sunday’s Revolution PPV. The synopsis of the Countdown to Revolution special was, “Previewing the second edition of “Revolution,” featuring Sting’s return to action for the first time in five years.”

No other details or information on the demographics were reported or revealed as it ranked outside of the top 150 shows on cable.
