AEW’s Jack Perry Files To Trademark His Old Moniker

This past December 5th, All Elite Wrestling Star Jack Perry filed to trademark the terms “Jungle Boy” and “Jack Perry” with the USPTO (the United States Patent and Trademark Office) for entertainment and merchandise services. Jack had the trademark filing done via Atty. Michael E. Dockins, who has helped several AEW talents file their trademarks in the past as well and the trademark was made on behalf of Boy Myth Legend, Inc.

Perry used the “Jungle Boy” moniker as a babyface and started using his real name when he turned heel several months back. Perry was involved in a backstage physical altercation with CM Punk, which would result in Perry getting suspended indefinitely and Punk getting fired. Perry has yet to return to All Elite Wrestling following a backstage incident at All In, but Bryan Alvarez noted on a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio Program that he believes Jack Perry’s suspension with the company has been lifted and AEW is just waiting for the right time to bring him back.

Jack Perry last competed for AEW at their All In Event, when he chalenged FTW Champion HOOK in an FTW Title Match.

Below is the description used for the filing:

“Mark For: JUNGLE BOY™ trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of hats; Shirts; Bandanas; Shirts and short-sleeved shirts; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts.”
