AEW’s Joey Janela On Jim Cornette Trademarking His Own Name

Jim Cornette is one of the greatest personalities in the history of wrestling. He has done everything there is to do in the business and is even recognized as one of the top legends in the industry.

Last Thursday, April 9th, The legendary wrestling icon Jim Cornette filed to trademark his own name for pro wrestling use. According to Cornette’s filing, his name was first used in commerce on January 1st, 1978.

Following Jim Cornette filing to trademark is own name, AEW Star “The Bad Boy” Joey Janela took to Twitter and commented about the filing. In the past, Cornette and Joey Janela have had issues.
