Anthony Ogogo Warns Billy Gunn After Undergoing Surgery

Ever since Anthony Ogogo debuted for All Elite Wrestling, he has really made a name of himself and he has even been placed in one of the most dominant factions in the history of AEW, The Factory, with QT Marshall as the leader. Ogogo has been slated to be positioned as a main event Star, but he has noted in the past that his AEW career is on borrowed time due to him being legally blind in his left eye as he has just 22% vision remaining there.

While he was still boxing, Ogogo suffered a fractured eye socket and was advised by doctors to retire due to his complications, so since he couldn’t box anymore, he left the sport and decided to pursue a career in pro wrestling. At the Double or Nothing PPV last May 30th, Ogogo made his AEW in-ring debut in a massive way when he faced AEW Executive Vice President “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes.

Ogogo was then put in a feud with Billy Gunn after he put Austin Gunn on the shelf in late May. After Ogogo’s face was smashed into a steel barricade by Billy Gunn on the June 4th episode of Dynamite, he was written off of AEW TV.

Speaking of Anthony Ogogo, he recently took to his Twitter account and issued a warning to Billy Gunn from a hospital bed in the UK. Ogogo said he was forced to undergo a 10th surgery in his left eye due to Billy’s recent attack as he has got so much scar tissue around his eye socket, that they had to go through his nasal cavity, correct his septum and fix the orbit and the medial section, as well as the orbital flaw through his nose. Ogogo then told Billy Gunn that he has no idea the pain he is in right now, but he will as when he is able to return, he will make Billy Gunn’s life a living misery, and he will hurt Billy Gunn.

There is no word yet on when Anthony Ogogo will make his return, but updates will be provided once it becomes available.
