Bellator MMA President Impressed With Hager’s Latest Win

As previously reported, top All Elite Wrestling Star, who is also an MMA Star, Jake Hager got a huge win on his latest MMA fight at the Bellator MMA 250 Event by defeating Brandon Carlton via split decision as part of the preliminary fight card.

This was Jake Hager’s first Bellator MMA fight in about a year as his last bout took place at the Bellator MMA 231 Event in a bout that ended in a no contest after Hager hit Anthony Garrett in the groin multiple times with his knee.

Following Hager’s Bellator MMA 250 fight, Bellator MMA President Scott Coker praised Hager for his performance as well as his huge win.

This is what Bellator MMA President Scott Coker said:

“I was actually impressed and I’ll tell you why: He doesn’t need to do this.” “Jake Hager does not need to be an MMA fighter fighting in the cage. This is something he wants to do. He’s still relatively young in his career, right? Because he’s only had, what? Two or three fights? Something like that. To me, I’d give him a lot of respect. He was in a fight tonight. He had to get that dog out in him and finish this fight and keep fighting because he was caught.”

Scott Coker then said that Jake Hager really impressed him and that he would give Hager a good report card for his effort and his performance. Coker then said that people shouldn’t be so tough on Hager as he is just a beginner and he’s only had a few fights.

This is what Bellator MMA President Scott Coker said:

“I was really impressed. I would give him a good report card for his effort and his performance. I would say to people, ‘Don’t be so tough.’ This guy is just a beginner. He’s only had a few fights.”
