WWE Hall of Famer and All Elite Wrestling talent “The Enforcer” Arn Anderson, who currently serves as the on-screen manager of AEW Executive Vice President “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes on AEW TV, recently took to his ARN podcast and talked about if he had the choice of who he could manage in AEW, who would it be and how they are currently doing with Tully Blanchard.
Arn also said there is something that is going to happen in AEW soon and it will change his life 100% and some other individual’s life 100% as well as far as building a new tag team for the future and it may be the first building block and they’ll just sit on that for now, but there are some plans in the works.
This is what Arn Anderson said:
“Obviously FTR is doing just fine with Tully. That was a very good selection. I had thought about for a long time possibly one day managing those guys, but man, they’re doing great. They’re doing phenomenal. To be perfectly honest, there’s something that’s going to be happening I hope pretty soon on AEW.
I will keep that close to the vest until that does happen, but it will change my life 100% and it will change that individual’s life 100% as far as building a new tag team for the future. That may be the first building block and we’ll just sit on that for now, but there are some plans in the works.”
No other information was revealed on what those plans are, but it’s worth mentioning that WWE Hall of Famer “The Enforcer” Arn Anderson recently filed to trademark the name of one of, if not the greatest faction in the history of professional wrestling, The Four Horsemen.
This may have nothing to do with what Arn was referring to on his podcast but he now owns the rights to The Four Horsemen name, and if the plan is to use The Four Horsemen name for a tag team or a faction in AEW, then the promotion (via Arn Anderson) would have the legal rights to do so.
Below is the use description Arn Anderson submitted to the USPTO for The Four Horsemen name:
