Clutch Adams Match Cut From AEW Dark Due To Past Racist Tweets

All Elite Wrestling took quick action when it was discovered an indy wrestler working Dark matches had a history of making racist remarks on Twitter. His latest match has been pulled for AEW Dark.

Clutch Adams was used on the May 19th edition of AEW Dark in a match against QT Marshall.

Fans recently discovered Adams had posted some racist/homophobic years ago on his Twitter account. Once those tweets were uncovered and brought to the attention of AEW officials, the company took action.

AEW released the lineup for this week’s episode of AEW Dark, which would’ve featured Adams working another match with Shawn Spears. AEW executive and TNT Champion Cody Rhodes has confirmed that Adams’ match has been pulled.

Adams has since deleted his Twitter account.
