Cody Makes His Return On Dynamite With His Dark Hair Look

“The American Nightmare” Cody last appeared on AEW TV on the August 22nd episode of Dynamite, when he lost the TNT Championship to “The Exalted One” Mr. Brodie Lee. Rhodes was beaten up so bad by The Exalted One, he even bashed him on the head with a bag that contained pieces of the original, incomplete TNT Championship. Cody had to be stretchered to the back after the attack.

The American Nightmare would then make an appearance on Dynamite a couple of weeks ago and announce the debut of his brand-new show. Rhodes said that despite being injured, he isn’t just going to stay at home as he revealed that he is going to be a judge on a show called “the Go-Big Show,” which is a show that will see the contestants showcasing their feats of strength and competing for the grand prize of $100,000.

Last night’s episode of Dynamite would see Cody make his AEW TV return following Brodie Lee’s successful TNT Title defense against Orange Cassidy. Rhodes made his way down to the ring and started to beat up a number of Dark Order members as Brodie Lee was making his way to the back.

In a backstage segment later in the evening, Mr. Brodie Lee challenged Cody to a Dog Collar Match and said that he only had one week to give him his answer.

Cody made his return while sporting a brand-new look, which is actually his dark hair look that he had a long time ago in WWE.
