Former WWE Star To Make His AEW Debut On Dynamite Next Week

Bray Wyatt was released by the WWE on Saturday, July 31st and is reportedly still under a 90-day non-compete clause with the WWE, which is set to expire on Friday, October 29th, which is just a few days prior to AEW’s Full Gear PPV on Saturday, November 6th.

It was initially reported that if Bray Wyatt does sign with AEW, then he will make his debut with the company at the Full Gear PPV or only after this date, but Dave Meltzer said on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that if Wyatt does indeed end up with AEW, then his debut with the company will take place on the Wednesday, September 29 episode of AEW Dynamite, which will take place in Rochester, New York, the hometown of the late Brodie Lee.

All Elite Wrestling has been teasing on YouTube and on social media that the Dark Order stable may be splitting up soon and everything seems to be leading towards the reveal of a leader to bring everyone back in line and back together. It was also teased that due to the constant infighting and the stable losing focus as of late, the new leader, who is believed to be Bray Wyatt (debuting under a different name), can keep them on track.

Meltzer also mentioned on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that IMPACT is interested in signing Bray Wyatt, but there is also interest from AEW. Wyatt took to his Twitter account and hinted that the AEW fans could be seeing him very soon. Bray Wyatt last competed for the WWE at last April’s WrestleMania 37, when he lost a Singles Match to Randy Orton.
