IMPACT EVP Expects Omega To Honor World Title Commitments

As previously reported, the Title vs. Title Main Event Matchup at Sunday night’s IMPACT Rebellion PPV saw Kenny Omega win the match to become both the AEW and IMPACT World Champion. Omega came out of the match with a victory after hitting Swann with numerous v-triggers before finishing Swann off with the one winged angel. Omega is not only the AEW and IMPACT World Champion, but he is also the current AAA Mega Champion.

Speaking of Omega becoming the IMPACT World Champion, IMPACT Wrestling Executive Vice President Scott D’Amore recently took to Twitter and said Rich Swann fought the fight of his life at IMPACT Wrestling Rebellion, but Kenny Omega is the new IMPACT Wrestling World Champion.

D’Amore also said due to Omega winning the IMPACT World Title, he trusts/expects Omega will honor the commitments & responsibilities that come with the prestigious title. The IMPACT Executive then teased that more will be said on this Thursday’s IMPACT Wrestling episode.
