News On Speculation That AEW’s Alan Angels’ Contract Is Up

Dark Order has been one of the most, if not the most dominant and popular stables in all of All Elite Wrestling, but we could see another member of the group leave their ranks. Alan “5” Angels, who would make his professional wrestling debut in December 2016 for the Georgia-based promotion known as World Wrestling Alliance 4 (WWA4) under the tutelage of AR Fox and who would make his debut with AEW during the April 8 episode of AEW Dynamite, when he lost to Lance Archer in a one-on-one match, had the fans speculating on his status with All Elite Wrestling after changing his profile picture in Twitter to a completely blacked out image and writing the caption, “Excited for what’s next.” Alan “5” Angels then responded to a tweet from fellow AEW Star Tay Conti with the caption, “Bro I look so cool…did y’all known I’m a groomsman?” after she wrote, “Yessss, me too.”

Alan Angels made his AEW Dark debut on the May 12th episode, when he lost to Rey Fenix. The following month, he appeared on the June 9th episode of AEW Dark as a member of the Dark Order group and it was then that he was referred to as “5.” If Angels does end up leaving AEW, he still is set to take on an AEW Star on Friday, July 22 at a Prestige Wrestling Event in Portland, Oregon, when Alan Angels faces Frankie Kazarian in Singles action. Updates will be provided on Alan “5′ Angels’ AEW status once it’s been made available.
