Omega Says Brodie Was Destined For Extreme Greatness In AEW

The world of pro wrestling recently lost one of the most beloved wrestlers in the industry and one of the greatest and kind-hearted human beings ever

All Elite Wrestling Star Brodie Lee (Jon Huber), who was known as Luke Harper in WWE. Brodie recently passed away at the age of 41. Brodie (Jon Huber) was most popularly known for his time in WWE as part of the Wyatt Family and the leader of the Dark Order stable known as “The Exalted One.”

AEW World Champion Kenny Omega was recently a guest on the Pro Wrestling Junkies podcast, where Omega noted that a lot of people have said what Brodie did during wrestling was not for the sake of his own fame, but to be a hero to his kids. Omega also noted regardless of what Brodie left unaccomplished in the ring, he was destined for extreme greatness in AEW.

This is what Kenny Omega said:

“A lot of people have said what he did during wrestling was not for the sake of his own fame.” “He was doing it to be a hero to his kids.”

“Regardless of what he left unaccomplished in the ring, I’m sure he was destined for extreme greatness in AEW. You could just see that with the little bit he did with us, which was unfortunately cut short.”

The AEW World Champ then talked about finding a lot of happiness in looking at his timeline on social media and seeing all the stories everyone else had with Brodie Lee.

AEW World Champ also talked about being happy Brodie Lee was so universally loved with everyone he worked with and everyone he met.

This is what Kenny Omega said:

“I [sic] find a lot of happiness in looking at my timeline [on social media] and seeing all these stories that everyone else had with him.” “I’m just happy he was so universally loved with everyone he worked with and everyone he met.”

“Its not something exclusive to just us [at AEW], so many people had been touched by him. I’m just glad he was able to meet so many people, touch them, and be a part of their lives.”

Kenny Omega then talked about everyone finding out the behind-the-scenes Brodie Lee or Luke Harper.

This is what Kenny Omega said:

“Just by seeing the amount of love and stories, you can tell that he’s a very special man.” “Not only was he talented in the ring but everyone knew that who he was was someone you don’t meet too often on this planet. We all knew the kind of man he was, and now everyone is getting to know this man, the behind-the-scenes Brodie Lee or Luke Harper.”
