Last Friday’s episode of AEW Rampage featured a segment, where real-life couple Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti continued their ongoing feud with current AEW TNT Champion Scorpio Sky, Ethan Page and American Top Team’s Dan Lambert. Fans in attendance have mentioned that Guevara and Conti, who are intended to be babyfaces, were loudly booed by the audience and even were told to “shut the f**k up,” but knowing that the show is taped immediately following AEW Dynamite, once the show aired on Friday the boos and the chants were edited out of the segment, which fans talked about on social media.
AEW TNT Champion Scorpio Sky took notice of the fan conversations and posted a photo of Tay Conti and Sammy Guevara, with Tay holding a cue card that Sammy often uses and the phrase, “We paid to have our boos dubbed over.” Tay Conti would then respond to Scorpio Sky with the phrase, “If I didn’t hear it, it didn’t happen brother.”

Sammy Guevara is the absolute worst. I don’t think there is any wrestler I dislike more except maybe Jinder Mahal. The fact that edited out the natural and unfavorable reaction of the crowd towards them is complete garbage. This will only hurt their reputation and invite even more boos and criticism for those two and for Tony Khan.
