SCU Gets Bad News on Christopher Daniels

Injury will keep SCU star from in-ring action for quite awhile.

Christopher Daniels of SCU suffered a pinched nerve injury that will keep him out of the ring.

AEW Tag Team title contenders So Cal Uncensored provided an update over the weekend on Christopher Daniels’ injury, and it’s not good.

Fellow SCU member Frankie Kazarian tweeted out news that Daniels received a diagnosis of a pinched nerve as a result of the Package Piledriver from Pentagon Jr. The Lucha Bros pulled a sneak attack on SCU on Dynamite last week, but Scorpio Sky subbed in to help SCU advance in the AEW Tag Team Championship Tournament with a win over The Best Friends.

SCU will face The Dark Order in the semifinals of the tournament this Wednesday on Dynamite in Pittsburgh. Private Party will face The Lucha Bros in the other semifinal match in Pittsburgh.

Daniels also took to social media over the weekend to provide a message to fans on his injury.
