Ahead of tonight’s All Out Event, AEW President and CEO Tony Khan made an appearance on an episode of “Sitting Ringside with David Penzer,” where he hyped up as well as discussed tonight’s PPV and talked about the possible surprises that could happen on the show. According to Khan, he doesn’t want to say much and divulge anything, but he strongly recommends that everyone watches All Out as it is going to be an amazing show and fans will not be disappointed.
Tony Khan also said that he promises the fans that All Out will be a great show, but he does not want to reveal more than that, so the fans will just have to tune it to find out and he will just leave it at that.
This is what Tony Khan said:
“Well I can’t say much and I don’t want to tip off anything and I don’t want to create uh – let’s just say I would strongly recommend everybody orders the pay-per-view. I think it’s going to be an amazing show, the wrestling will be great and there’s gonna be some indelible moments and I promise a great show. I don’t want to necessarily answer that question but I think if everyone tunes into All Out this weekend they are gonna get a great show and I’ll leave it at that.”
There have been many teases and hints as to what the big surprise will be for tonight’s All Out, with Dave Meltzer mentioning on a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Daniel Bryan is “100& locked in” to be making his AEW debut at All Out, which multiple AEW sources have confirmed and Meltzer also noted that if Bryan does not debut tonight, then it would be due to a change in plans.
CM Punk has been dropping hints and teases as well that Daniel Bryan will be debuting for the company soon. An in-ring segment took place on last week’s Dynamite, where Punk reacted to the crowd chanting “YES” and told them that it was somebody else’s shtick and that they just need to be patient and wait for a little bit longer, which could be a confirmation that Daniel Bryan will be signing with AEW. CM Punk also revealed during an interview that if he were to come back to wrestling, then the one guy he would want to face is Daniel Bryan. CM Punk also mentioned during an interview on a recent episode of Renee Paquette’s Oral Sessions podcast that if he was fantasy booking, he would want to team with The American Dragon (Daniel Bryan) and face The Young Bucks.
