Top AEW Star Will Be Taking Time Away From Television

This past Saturday night’s AEW Full Gear PPV Event saw “The Icon” Sting, Darby Allin and “The Rated R Superstar” Adam Copeland take on AEW TNT Champion Christian Cage, Luchasaurus and Nick Wayne in 6-Man Tag Team action and walk out of the match with a huge win. After the match, Allin was supposed to get on a red-eye and travel to China to train for his upcoming climb on Mount Everest.

Bryan Alvarez noted on a recent Wrestling Observer Radio Program that Allin will indeed be traveling to China to train for his upcoming climb on Mount Everest and while training, Allin will be away from television for a while. Alvarez also noted that Allin will be climbing Mount Everest sometime in 2024 and there is no word yet on exactly how long Allin will be gone or when he is coming back.
