Top NJPW Star Kenta Calls Out AEW World Champion Jon Moxley

Stars from NJPW and AEW have been going head-to-head for years now and we have even seen AEW Stars go to NJPW and have matches with their top stars on their major PPV Events. These huge matchups have come to an abrupt stop for the time being due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its travel restrictions which have affected the entire world, including the sports world. It is extremely difficult to plan as well as book any of these matches.

One of these potential blockbuster matches that we could end up bearing witness to once the world has gone back to what it was before the pandemic hit is an IWGP United States Title Match between current IWGP United States Champion and AEW World Champion Jon Moxley vs. top NJPW Star KENTA.

KENTA took to Twitter and called out the AEW World Champion and said where is Jon Moxley. KENTA would also say that if Jon Moxley won’t show up, they should just give him the IWGP United States Title. As we all know, Moxley can’t travel to NJPW as of yet due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions. KENTA won the right to challenge Moxley for his IWGP U.S. Title after winning a tournament on NJPW USA Strong a number of months ago. Only time will tell if this matchup can and will take place, but there is still a number of things to consider before it can truly happen.
