Update On Bryan Danielson’s Injury Scare At Collision TV Tapings

All Elite Wrestling held television tapings for their weekly episode of Saturday Night Collision from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on Tuesday and “The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson went up against Andrade El Idolo in an AEW Continental Classic Blue League Tournament Match. Danielson got cut open above his left eye, which is the same eye he suffered his broken orbital bone injury back in October that kept him on the shelf for two months and forced him to wear an eye patch.

Immediately following the matchup, The Blackpool Combat Club made their way down to the ring to check on Danielson, which led to fans being under the impression that The American Dragon may have suffered another injury.

According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, Danielson getting cut open above his left eye was all part of an angle that will play out on television over the next few weeks and Danielson is just fine. It was also mentioned on the report that AEW was very happy with how the Collision tapings went.
