Update On Why AEW Moved Dynamite Show In Boston Again

As previously reported, the September 8th episode of Dynamite scheduled to take place from inside the Agganis Arena in Boston, Massachusetts has been re-scheduled once again, and is now set to take place on Wednesday, October 27th.

This is the third time for the Dynamite show in Boston to be re-scheduled as it was originally set to take place on April 15th, 2020, then it was moved to August 5th, 2020, then moved once again to April 21st of this year. The September 8th date was announced back in March and the Dynamite show in Boston has reportedly been re-scheduling due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dave Meltzer noted on a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio Program that the Dynamite show in Boston was moved again due to the request of Boston University as the university will be using the Agganis Arena as a vaccination site for their students and Boston University has previously announced that they are requiring their students to get the COVID-19 vaccine before their classes start in fall, which is why they asked AEW to change Dynamite’s schedule.

The Dynamite show in Boston was reportedly supposed to serve as the post-All Out episode of Dynamite. Fans who have already purchased tickets for the September 8th show has the option of either using the tickets on the October 27th show or receive refunds where they purchased their previous tickets.
