Ratings for the Wednesday, February 17th, 2021 edition of AEW Dynamite were released today. According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, AEW finishing 4th overall for the night.
Dynamite drew 747,000 viewers slightly up from last week’s 741,000 viewers. They finished 21st overall last week. Dynamite was live this week at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville Florida. The show featured Jon Moxley, Lance Archer & Rey Fenix vs. Eddie Kingston, The Butcher & The Blade.
NXT drew 713,000 viewers way up from last week’s 558,000 viewers. It finished 39th overall, last week they finished 62nd. The show featured Pete Dunne, Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch def. Finn Bálor, Kyle O’Reilly & Roderick Strong in a Six-Man Tag Team Match.
The total combined wrestling audience for both shows was up this week at 1.460 million viewers. It was 1.299 million total viewers last week.
Based on the ratings, cable news only had 5 of the top 15 shows. It looks like America is finally past the news cycle for now. Fox News top show was at #10, CNN’s top show came in at #12 and MSNBC had the top news show at #8.
The MTV’s Challenge Double Agent won the night with the NBA on ESPN at #2, Real Housewives Of New Jersey coming in at #3 followed by AEW at #4.
In the 50 + demo AEW was 0.25, which was down from last week.

Female viewers 18-49 – AEW: 0.20
Male viewers 18-49 – AEW: 0.42
Viewers 18-34 – AEW: 0.17
Female viewers 12-34 – AEW: 0.12

Viewers 25-54 – AEW: 0.37
Viewers 50+ – AEW: 0.25
