Ratings for the Wednesday, March 17th, 2021 edition of AEW Dynamite were released today. According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, AEW finishing 6th overall for the night.
Dynamite drew 768,000 viewers slightly up from last week’s 743,000 viewers. They finished 4th overall last week. Dynamite was taped this week at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville Florida. The show featured the Lights Out match between Dr. Britt Baker and Thunder Rosa.
NXT drew 597,000 viewers down from last week’s 691,000 viewers. It finished 42nd overall, last week they finished 25th. The show featured NXT Tag Team Champions Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch defeating NXT Champion Finn Bálor & Karrion Kross w/Scarlett.
The total combined wrestling audience for both shows was down this week at 1.365 million viewers. It was 1.434 million total viewers last week.
Based on the ratings, cable news 3 of the top 15 shows. FOX News came in at #7 and #13. Rachel Maddow on MSNBC at #14.
MTV’s Challenge Double Agent won the night with NBA on ESPN at #2, Real Housewives Of New Jersey coming in at #3, NBA on ESPN at #4, and Married At First Sight at #5.
