Jazwares Expects AEW Figures To Hit Wal-Mart And Ringside In July

Jazwares’ Partner Jeremy Padawer recently sat down with Adventures in Collecting podcast. Among other toy topics, he gave an update on the upcoming AEW action figure line

Padawer noted that there is a plan for a second variant run for the first wave of AEW action figures.

“I think the skin tones are good, they’re going to be better. We’ll launch and then there will be a better variant. We’re definitely going to do a variant run of series one; lighter skin tones to start, darker and more rich skin tones towards the end of the run. I don’t know which one is going to be more rare yet.”

About the lauch of the AEW figure series.

“We’re going to be delivering a new wave approximately every two months, maybe even faster than that. We’re launching it at Wal-Mart and Ringside [Collectables] and I think it will very quickly extend beyond those retail outlets. At that time, you’ll see more development because when you have more retailers, you have to get exclusivity and opportunity for everyone to shine. The first season of the launch if about making sure we get it right and then we extend,”

AEW Unrivaled collection Series 1 is expected to arrive later in July.
