Ratings for the Wednesday, March 31st, 2021 edition of AEW Dynamite were released today. According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, AEW finishing 7th overall for the night.
Dynamite drew 700,000 viewers down from last week’s 757,000 viewers. They finished 6th overall last week. Dynamite was taped this week at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville Florida. The show featured Chuck Taylor & Orange Cassidy vs. Kip Sabian & Miro in an Arcade Anarchy match.
NXT drew 654,000 viewers down from last week’s 678,000 viewers. It finished 11th overall, last week they finished 29th. The show featured NXT LA Knight winning an 11-Man Battle Royal.
The total combined wrestling audience for both shows was down this week at 1.354 million viewers. It was 1.435 million total viewers last week.
Based on the ratings, cable news had 5 of the top 15 shows. FOX News had 3 at #8, #14 and #15. Rachel Maddow on MSNBC at #6. CNN Newsroom at #13.
MTV’s Challenge Double Agent won the night with NBA on ESPN at #2 and #3. Real Housewives Of New Jersey coming in at #4, and Married At First Site at #5.
