AEW TV RATINGS: Dynamite Finishes 11th, August 27, 2020

Ratings for the Thursday, August 27, 2020 edition of AEW Dynamite were released Friday. According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, AEW finishing 11th overall for the night.

Dynamite drew 813,000 viewers up from last week’s 755,000 viewers. They finished 5th last week on a Saturday night. Dynamite was live this week at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville Florida but was moved to Thursday night due to the NBA playoffs.

On Wednesday, with no competition from AEW, NXT drew 824,000 viewers down from last week’s 853,000 viewers. It finished 24th overall, similar to the 23rd it finished last week.

Based on the ratings, the RNC national convention dominated the night. With only two non news shows in the top 10. Real Housewives of NYC finshed 8th and The First 48 finished 10th.
