Jon Moxley’s Undefeated Streak In Bloodsport Comes To An End

During the main event matchup of last Thursday’s Bloodsport 6 Event, AEW Star Jon Moxley suffered his first-ever loss in the history of Bloodsport, when he was defeated by former UFC Heavyweight Champion Josh Barnett. Jon Moxley’s previous Bloodsport appearances saw him beat Chris Dickinson and Davey Boy Smith Jr.

This was one of the most, if not the most physical and brutal matches in the history of Bloodsport as it saw Josh Barnett get busted open after Moxley hit him with a devastating knee to the face. The AEW Star also bit his opponent a number of times in this brutal encounter. The bout would come to a close when Barnett stomped on Moxley’s head repeatedly and the referee stepped in to stop the fight. During this point in the fight, both men were bloodied up pretty bad.

After the fight, AEW Star Jon Moxley argued with the official, but fell to the floor as he ran out of steam. Both Barnett and Moxley also addressed the crowd immediately after the fight. As the event was coming to a close, a “Thank you, Moxley” chant broke out in the crowd.
