Bobby Lashley Fired By WWE, Lashley’s Firing Gets Rescinded

The main event of last Monday’s episode of WWE RAW saw Seth “Freakin” Rollins defeat “The All Mighty” Bobby Lashley to become the new #1 Contender to Austin Theory’s WWE United States Championship. After the match, Lashley confronted the referee and accidentally struck another referee who was behind him. WWE official Adam Pearce then made his way out and told Lashley that his hands were tied and he would have to take action following his attack on another official last week on WWE RAW. Bobby Lashley then put his hands on Adam Pearce and Pearce told Lashley that he has been fired from the WWE, but this is obviously just a storyline firing.

Adam Pearce recently took to his Twitter and issued a statement in regards to Lashley’ firing when he said that Lashley’s firing has been rescinded and he and Lashley will need to sit down and talk about what is needed to be done moving forward. Pearce then said Lashley’s behavior is unacceptable and the situation will be addressed soon with the necessary repercussions. Pearce then apologized for letting his emotions get the better of him in the heat of the moment. There’s no word yet on what the WWE has planned for this storyline angle between Bobby Lashley and WWE official Adam Pearce, but updates will be provided once it has been made available.
