Brandi Rhodes Could Be On Her Way Back To WWE TV Soon

Brandi Rhodes and Cody Rhodes chose not to re-sign with All Elite Wrestling when their contracts with the company expired. Since then, Cody Rhodes has competed in three matches and won all those matches, but Brandi Rhodes has yet to make an appearance on WWE TV. According to PWInsider.com, Brandi made an appearance during a WWE in-house live event this past Friday and even competed on the show. She isn’t listed on either the WWE NXT roster or the WWE RAW or WWE SmackDown roster, but she did reveal in the past that she wanted to wrestle more and she has been working hard on improving her in-ring work.

WWE typically holds their in-house events to give developmental talents more reps so they can improve their in-ring work and Brandi is reportedly close to making her return as an active member of the WWE roster. Fightful Select previously reported that there were conversations about Brandi getting an on-screen role in the WWE, but there were no clarifications made if that meant she would be competing in the ring or she would be doing something else. It is possible that plans have changed for Brandi over the past number of months due to Cody Rhodes suffering an injury.

There is no word yet on if Brandi Rhodes will be competing on the main roster or on NXT, but her last match for AEW took place in January, when she faced KiLynn King in Women’s Division Singles action.
