In a rather unexpected turn of events, legendary WWE Hall of Famer, Hulk Hogan, 70, recently tied the knot for the third time. Under his familiar headbandana and simple black tuxedo, Hogan said his vows to his new bride, Sky Daily, 45, in an intimate ceremony at the Indian Rocks Baptist Church, in Clearwater, Florida.
Various sources reveal an exclusive glimpse into the spur-of-the-moment decision that had only the closest family members present at the small ceremony. Sky Daily, a yoga instructor and accountant, met Hogan who’s real name is Terry Gene Bollea, backstage during Bret Michael’s concert in early 2022. The couple has since been inseparable, even being quite open about their relationship on social media.
Hogan, a two times divorcee, was previously married to Jennifer McDaniel, with whom he parted ways in 2021. The wrestling champions first marriage to Linda Hogan lasted from 1983 to 2009, and produced two children, Brooke and Nick.
Despite Brooke being absent from the sudden nuptials, Hogan’s son, Nick, was present alongside his partner Tana Lea, as well as Sky Daily’s three children from her previous relationship. This merging of families is as unconventional as it gets, proving that love knows no bounds or timelines.
Hogan proposed to Daily in July with an extravagant six-carat diamond engagement ring reported to be worth a stunning US$700,000. An understandable investment for the man regarded worldwide as the most recognized wrestling star and one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. The proposal was made public through a since-deleted Instagram post, where Hogan confessed, “I asked Sky to marry me and she was crazy enough to say yes, brother!”
The wrestling legend credits his successful relationship with Daily to his decision to quit drinking. In an appearance on Theo Von’s ‘This Past Weekend’ podcast, Hogan accounted the end of past relationships to his struggle with alcohol.
