Michael Cole Botched Commentary Segment on Monday Night Raw

Michael Cole is a wrestling commentator for a long time, and over the years the legend has called many matches down from the commentary table. On the final episode of WWE Raw (until the WWE’s takeover by Endeavour came to a close), the wrestling commentator’s slip-up gave the fans an opportunity to voice their opinion about what was said by the self-proclaimed ‘Voice of the WWE.’

Michael Cole called the action on this week’s episode of WWE Raw as every week until he misstated Dominik Mysterio’s association with The Judgement Day. The segment involved Cody Rhodes and Dominik Mysterio. Dominik was voicing his opinion on how he feels about ‘The American Nightmare.’

The things heated up between Cody and Dominik during the promo and the former attacked the latter. While addressing Dominik’s faction, Cole called it ‘Judgement Gay’ instead of Judgement Day. The veteran corrected himself instantly, but the word was out and fans had taken a note of the same.

Fans started talking about it on X with some taking a jibe and calling it their name in school. There were others who called him different names, but it was all in the moment. There was nothing serious about it and fans called out Cole just to enjoy in the fun.

Cole has had his moments on Monday Night Raw, but this is one moment that he wouldn’t want on his list.
