News On Jade Cargill’s WWE Contract, Major Creative For Cargill

It was previously reported that one of AEW’s biggest stars Jade Cargill, who signed a 3-year contract with the company in the fall of 2020, is on her way out of All Elite Wrestling as her deal is up soon and it is expected that Jade will be heading to WWE since she will be free and clear to sign with any promotion she wants. Several people in AEW believe that Cargill is headed to the NXT brand instead of being sent straight to the WWE main roster, but there are those in WWE that believe she will be going straight to the main roster rather than going through developmental, but either scenario could end up happening and if Jade were to go to NXT, then she will be one of the highest paid wrestlers there.

Dave Meltzer noted on a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio Program that Cargill got a big money deal from the WWE and she will be receiving a massive push because of it as they won’t pay Jade that much money if they had no plans for her. Meltzer also noted that Cargill is not receiving pay as big as Charlotte Flair or Becky Lynch, but for a newcomer to the company, it is much higher than they usually go, so she got a good deal. Meltzer then said that the WWE is working on doing a high priority creative for Cargill on the main roster.

PWInsider.com previously reported that Cargill will be going to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando sometime this week as her contract with AEW has officially expired.
