Piper Niven and Nia Jax Make WWE Returns, Tiffany Stratton Surprises on RAW Show

Wrestling fanatics had quite a treat this Monday’s RAW show at the Norfolk Scope Arena in Virginia as three celebrated female wrestlers created headlines during the event – Piper Niven, Nia Jax, and NXT Women’s Champion, Tiffany Stratton.

After a hiatus due to illness, Piper Niven made her surprise return backstage during an interview segment featuring WWE interviewer Jackie Redmond and Shayna Baszler. The drama unfolded when Chelsea Green, seeking a partner for her WWE Women’s Tag Team titles, offered Baszler a chance to join her after her current partner was deemed medically unfit. However, her offer was summarily rejected by Baszler, leading to Piper Niven’s grand entrance announcing that she was medically cleared and ready to reclaim her title belt.

The surprise appearances didn’t stop there. NXT Women’s Champion, Tiffany Stratton also made an unannounced entrance during the Monday Raw show. Never one to shy away from controversies, she heatedly demanded WWE official Adam Pearce to reveal Becky Lynch’s whereabouts. What ensued was a verbal showdown between Lynch and Stratton leading to both women signing the match contract for the NXT Women’s title match scheduled for Tuesday’s NXT show.

Adding another suspense-filled moment to the night was Nia Jax’s unexpected return to the WWE. Jax’s comeback was marked by her dramatic entrance towards the tail end of the WWE Women’s World Championship match, creating sizable ripples in the face-off between champion Rhea Ripley and challenger Raquel Rodriguez. Jax used the distracted referee as an opportunity to attack Rodriguez outside the ring, helping Ripley retain her title, and ending the night in an intense staredown followed by an attack, laying out Ripley as the show closed.

The series of surprise returns and heated confrontations has not only added a spark to the Monday night Raw show but has also set the stage for some intense and intriguing WWE matches to come.
