Stone Cold Steve Austin recently spoke with The World’s Most Recognizable Pro Wrestling Print Media Personality, Bill Apter and spoke his mind on the wrestling business. The WWE Hall of Famer had some kind words for The Beast Incarnate, The Undertaker and The Rock. Austin’s on-screen character is different from what he is in real life.
Austin spoke about his career’s biggest rival, The Rock and said he saw the light at the end of the tunnel. He didn’t want to get restricted to just wrestling. He knew he had the physique to be a superstar in a different business and took the chance. The Scorpion King would have been offered based on his looks.
The Texas Rattlesnake also thinks that if The Undertaker’s character got to someone else, it would have lasted three years. Taker’s constant development of the persona that things changed for the better, and we have a Phenom in the wrestling business.
WWE has The Undertaker as one superstar who has revolutionized the wrestling business. His work changed the way WWE functioned before his arrival. It’s not an easy task to be Vince’s top guy for so many years, but according to Austin, Taker maintained that spot due to his constant innovation.
The Toughest SOB left no holds barred talking about Brock Lesnar. He praised the superstar who completed two decades in the WWE this year. Austin said that Brock excelled at anything and everything he did. It includes playing pro football and getting hired by Minnesota Vikings.
He worked in the UFC and became a Heavyweight Champion with the company. Brock is still the biggest name, or, should we call it, draw against Roman Reigns. His presence demands control, and Brock brings in more huge numbers than any other superstar or superstar(s) combined.
It’s exceptional to see Austin praising another talent and giving them the due credit for their work. Will we see him return to the ring at WrestleMania 39? Chime in.
