The 2023 WWE Royal Rumble Event Set To Be The Biggest Ever

WWE is set to hold their 2023 WWE Royal Rumble Event on Saturday, January 28, 2023 from the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas and even though there is still more than two months to go before the event will be taking place, the show has already amassed a gross gate exceeding $4.6 million as noted by WWE co-CEO Nick Khan during the recent third quarter earnings call. There is also genuine excitement for the show and a lot of buzz going around as this will be the first Royal Rumble under the Triple H regime.

Dave Meltzer mentioned on a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio Program that the WWE Royal Rumble Premium Live Event set to take place next year already has the second biggest advance in Royal Rumble history and is on its’ way of becoming the biggest event WWE has had in Royal Rumble history.

“The Rumble’s got a $4.6 million advance, which is the second biggest… it’s the biggest advance at this stage for the Rumble in history. It’s the second biggest of all time for a Rumble, and they’ve still got another three months to sell tickets, November, December, and January. So it’ll be the biggest ever.”
