Umaga’s Son Begins Training At Booker T’s Wrestling School

The Samoan heritage has had one hell of a lineage in pro wrestling that dates back over three decades and some of the most notable names from the family includes Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Rikishi, Roman Reigns and Umaga and it seems that The Bloodline will have an even deeper genealogy with the addition of WWE SmackDown Star Solo Sikoa and Umaga’s son Zilla Fatu, who just recently started his journey in pro wrestling by training at two-time WWE Hall of Famer Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling promotion and school. Several other former and present WWE Stars have trained at Booker T’s school as well and they are Athena (Ember Moon) and Roxanne Perez.

Umaga made his professional wrestling debut in 1995 and was a member of the Anoaʻi family. During his first run with WWE, Umaga was known as Jamal and he was part of 3-Minute Warning with his cousin Matt Anoaʻi (Rosey). He was released from the company in June 2003 and made his return in April 2006 under the ring name Umaga. Umaga would win the WWE Intercontinental Championship on two occasions and would even become Vince McMahon’s representative in the Battle of the Billionaires at WrestleMania.
